Victim Services Training and Technical Assistance Specialist

The Opportunity:

As a project management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, a project management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of victim service programs in American Indian and Alaska Native communities. Your role will involve developing tools, templates, program guidance documents, or resources to support program operations. You’ll regularly interact with clients, American Indian or Alaska Native victim service providers and community members, and other subject matter experts.

You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience working with or on behalf of American Indian or Alaska Native communities
  • Experience developing tools, templates, program guidance documents, or resources to support program operations, such as intake forms, needs assessments, or strategic planning
  • Ability to work independently on tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver high quality work products while strategically collaborating across a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in the victim services field or 9+ years of experience in the victim services field in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience working with Alaska Native communities
  • Experience delivering training or technical assistance
  • Knowledge with federal grants management, reporting, or systems

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
