Job summary

Rural Resources Community Action is seeking a Victim Advocacy Coordinator 1 in Colville, WA to lead client advocacy across the Victim Services department. The role oversees staff, budgets, and grant reporting while delivering crisis intervention and case management for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and related crimes.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, 40-hour victim services training, and at least two years of related experience, with one year in supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 40-hour victim services training; 2+ years in victim support.
• 1 year of managerial experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and evaluate direct service staff.
• Monitor budgets, fiscal tasks, grant reporting, and program evaluation.
• Provide direct client services: crisis intervention, advocacy, and case management.
• Complete intake, safety screenings, and ongoing case management to support client safety and stability.
