The incumbent is Deputy Director, Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), and DISA Senior Services Manager (SSM), providing executive leadership for DISA procurement, including telecommunications, IT, and cyber services, with over $7B in annual obligations and a portfolio exceeding $120B.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate with senior officials across DoW components, federal agencies, and industry on high-visibility and controversial procurement matters.
