Our platform powers some of the largest insurance carriers in the U.S., helping them drive efficiency, improve outcomes, and modernize their claims operations. We’re looking for an experienced Professional Services leader to join our team and define our approach to delivering world class programs for our clients.
Reporting to the Head of Client Service, the Head of Professional Services will define, develop, and execute our professional services strategy to drive customer success, accelerate adoption, and generate new revenue streams for our AI-powered claims guidance platform. This new role at EvolutionIQ will oversee and elevate our existing team of approximately 15 Relationship Managers, evolving their focus towards a more comprehensive professional services offering. The Head of Professional Services will work closely with delivery teams in Client Service and Engineering and will build strong partnerships with EvolutionIQ’s Sales and Product organizations.
You are a proven leader with a track record of successfully building and scaling professional services functions for enterprise SaaS companies. You possess exceptional relationship management skills and a deep understanding of the insurance claims lifecycle, with a particular emphasis on disability and bodily injury claims. You are excited by the opportunity to improve carrier and claimant outcomes by introducing innovative AI-driven solutions into the insurance industry’s claims handling processes in a way that supports human claims examiners.
