MBX Biosciences, Inc. is seeking a Vice President, Head of US Pricing & Market Access to lead US payer strategy, pricing and contracting for a portfolio of innovative therapies. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and build a high-performing market access organization.
The ideal candidate has deep U.S. payer expertise, senior relationships with payers and PBMs, and a track record of securing access for specialty and rare disease therapies.
The Vice President, Head of US Pricing & Market Access will lead the development and execution of the U.S. market access strategy to ensure optimal payer coverage, reimbursement, and market access for the company’s portfolio of innovative therapies. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this executive will build and lead all market access activities, including payer strategy, pricing and contracting, reimbursement, trade and distribution, and health economics and outcomes research (HEOR).
The ideal candidate is a proven market access leader with deep U.S. payer expertise, strong relationships across commercial and government payers, and a successful track record of securing access for specialty and rare disease therapies.
You will be expected to travel periodically, based on business needs, including attending Together Weeks, Together Days, and functional meetings as requested by the Company. This role is expected to be on-site an average of three days per week, unless otherwise requested.
