Job description

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Treasury and ALM I to join our Corporate Treasury team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA – hybrid.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  1. Contribute to the year-round stress test (e.g., annual CCAR stress test execution, mid-cycle stress test), as well as various projects throughout the year. The candidate will join a talented global team responsible for asset and liability management, capital management, interest rate and liquidity risk management.
  2. Perform FR Y-14A net interest income and balance sheet projections for various scenarios. Collect financial data, forecast inputs/assumptions, run models, execute CCAR stress testing, and report results. Conduct attribution analysis, identify key forecast drivers, and prepare presentations for senior management.
  3. Ensure the Balance Sheet Management (BSM) analytics model functions correctly, troubleshoot unexpected results, and ensure the integrity of reports for senior management and CCAR processes.
  4. Identify opportunities to improve ALM risk measurement and reporting processes. Support model improvements, validation, testing, and analysis.
  5. Conduct special projects and ad-hoc analyses. Provide technical guidance to less experienced team members.
  6. Collaborate with teams across the firm, including Balance Sheet Modeling, Interest-Rate Risk, RWA, Capital, and Risk & Audit, to ensure efficient data collection and process execution.

To be successful, candidates should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (engineering, mathematics, statistics, economics); Master’s, MBA, CFA, or CPA/CA preferred.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with CCAR stress testing, interest rate risk, liquidity stress testing, and ALM within large financial organizations.
  • 3+ years of experience with Quantitative Risk Management (QRM) models.
  • Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel; VBA and SQL knowledge preferred.
