Qualifications

6+ years in quantitative/analytics roles within banking or financial services.
Advanced Python and SQL with production analytics experience.
Experience handling large, complex data sets and scalable workflows.
Experience with Treasury analytics or balance sheet analytics in Markets.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of analytical products, models, and tools for Treasury decisions.
Work hands-on with large financial data sets to develop scalable analytics and insights.
Partner with Treasury, Financial Resource Management, Markets, and Technology to translate requirements into production-ready solutions.
Develop analytical frameworks and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Manage junior team members and support their professional growth.
