Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a quantitative/analytics/technical role within banking or financial services
• Advanced technical background with analytical solutions or quantitative products
• Experience with large, complex data sets and scalable workflows
• Experience in Treasury analytics or balance sheet analytics in a Markets environment
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; able to work independently in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake
• Track record of delivering analytics solutions into production
• Familiarity with AI tools and applying them to analytics and product delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Advanced Treasury Analytics Markets team.
• Work with large financial data sets to develop scalable analytics and insights.
• Partner with Treasury, Markets, Tech to translate requirements into production-ready solutions.
• Develop analytical frameworks and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders.
