You will be supported by the HUB International corporate office and regional offices with the opportunity to create your own entrepreneurial journey. You will be the cornerstone of our superior customer service and will be charged with ensuring client satisfaction.

In the Insurance Sales Executive role youmust be an independent selfstarter who isable to sell and develop strong businesstobusiness relationships. We are seeking confident professionals who are not afraid of coldcalling and developing new business. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced and novice professionals alike with a range of 315 years of businesstobusiness sales experience.

The expected salary range for this position is $40000 to $50000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health / dental / vision / life / disability insurance FSA HSA and 401(k) accounts paidtimeoff benefits such as vacation sick and personal days and eligible bonuses equity and commissions for some positions.
Additionally the compensation for this position is a variable comp structure which could include a draw but is primarily commission based. So the total salary paid will vary directly depending on the successful candidates book of draw range for this position is 75% to 80% and could be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience book of business and working location as well as the specific positions scope and level. This position may qualify for paidtimeoff benefits such as holidays and sick time and eligible bonuses equity and / or commissions for some positions.
