Role Overview

Entegra is seeking a Vice President Supply Growth & Procurement Offers to join their growing team in a critical and highly strategic business segment. Be part of a transformational experience as we meet the challenges of today’s business landscape and lay the foundation for future growth.

This position will report to Entegra’s North American Leader of Business Performance & Supply Growth. The key areas of responsibility will include:

  1. Supply Chain Growth and Procurement Offers
  2. Client Engagement & Strategic Relationship Building
  3. Supplier Engagement & Strategic Relationship Building
  4. Supplier Activation, Growth and Engagement
  5. Procurement Consultation, Problem Solving, Issue Resolution

We are looking for candidates with a strong background and extensive experience working with or for a Group Purchasing Organization and with years of experience working in Supply Chain in the hospitality industry.

This is a virtual role, and the preferred candidate will reside on the East Coast or Central United States.

What You'll Do
  • Evolve and Improve our Procurement Offer through expanding Entegra’s segment catalogs, development of tiered pricing strategies, and RFP volume pooling strategies to drive growth for Entegra, our Clients, and our Supplier Partners.
  • Develop client engagement strategies to determine the procurement needs of our clients and to support program conversion and utilization at the decision-making point within client organizations.
  • Support large scale RFPs and Contract Renegotiations working with our Supply Team and with Suppliers to represent Entegra’s needs.
  • Utilization of data to provide overarching opportunities for Supplier Growth and Business Reviews (conversions, insights, opportunities, challenges).
  • Oversight of Entegra’s supplier activation, growth, and supplier engagement efforts.
  • Lead strategic business initiatives directly linked to procurement and supply chain opportunities.
  • Lead governance with Supply to help resolve complex business problems that continually improve ways of working between Entegra and Supply.

What You Bring
  • Extensive experience in the Foodservice / Hospitality Industry specifically working knowledge of Group Purchasing Organization (10+ years).
  • Extensive knowledge and 10+ years’ experience working in Supply Chain.
  • Experience utilizing data to uncover gaps and opportunities.
  • A strategic thinker with superb attention to detail and the ability to generate new ideas to improve work efficiencies and solutions.
  • The ability to effectively resolve problems working in a complex, multi-functional environment.
  • The ability to systematically gather information from a variety of sources, analyze information, and generate viable alternative solutions.
  • The ability to plan resource requirements to ensure successful completion of designated projects.
  • Ability to multi-task various projects and balance priorities; work independently with little to no supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
  • Strong sense of customer focus and understanding of the importance of the voice of the customer.
  • Expert proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
