We are inviting applications for the role of Vice President - Supply Chain Services and Analytics.

In this role, the leader is responsible for bringing experience in supply chain along with data and analytics expertise with strong results and outcome focus. They will have the opportunity to help shape the future through increased collaboration with customers.

Responsibilities

• Solution and go to market with large-scale supply chain operations/as-a-service deals
• Work closely with customers and account teams to convert successful new deals
• Conduct assessments of clients' current situations and develop future operating/delivery and transformation models, clearly defining value enhancement potential
• Build SCM Managed Services/Analytics proposals, pricing, business cases, and manage complete deal cycles
• Stay abreast of industry trends and collaborate to develop thought leadership

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

The ideal candidate will have executive presence with a proven track record for success and is known for leadership, quality work, and expertise within the supply chain space.

Preferred qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise with a combination of supply chain analytics, consulting, or operations
• Ability to connect with senior client executives and deliver compelling solutions
• Good knowledge and understanding of supply chain areas such as planning, logistics, aftersales, procurement, and order management
• Good understanding of supply chain services/analytics market and nearshore, offshore delivery models
• Understanding of annuity revenue models and outcome-based customer value delivery
• Strong data and supply chain analytics expertise
• Working knowledge of ERP and platforms like SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, O9, KetteQ, ServiceNow, Microsoft, AWS, etc.
• Strong customer orientation, analytical skills, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience in industries such as CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, Hi-tech, or Life sciences

Location and Travel

Candidates may be based anywhere within a reasonable distance of a major airport. Travel to client locations is required, typically ranging from 25-50% depending on project and client needs.

Compensation and Location Notes

The approximate annual base salary range is $160,000 to $180,000. Actual offers will depend on experience, skills, location, and internal factors.

Work-from-Anywhere roles exclude candidates based in Los Angeles, California. Location-based roles such as Atlanta may have specific geographic requirements.
