What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Analyze sales performance and strategize for long-term improvements
- Ensure financial targets such as revenue and cash flow are met
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or finance
- At least 12 years of relevant business experience, with a minimum of 2 years in senior sales management
- Proven leadership capabilities and experience in a complex organizational environment
- Strong understanding of customer, business intelligence, and industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
