Qualifications

• 6+ years in social media, content strategy, or digital marketing.
• Proven multi-channel social strategy experience for large organizations or digital publishers.
• Expertise in LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube with SEO/discovery.
• Experience creating original social-first series and video storytelling.
• Strong copywriting and brand-voice consistency.
• Leadership in managing creative teams and editorial standards.
• Data-driven with analytics and audience insights.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Help optimize and implement social media strategy and tone of voice.
• Oversee editorial calendar management for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube.
• Lead development and execution of social-first editorial strategies for SRI.
