  • Portfolio & Architecture Management: Lead the SSG technology portfolio strategy, overseeing product technical architecture (build/leverage/buy) and roadmap with clear milestones and execution plans.
  • Cloud and AI Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to accelerate Lenovo’s capabilities and offerings in hybrid AI cloud, and AI-powered services, ensuring alignment with evolving customer needs and industry standards.
  • Platform and Software R&D: Build an R&D team focused on platform and software service development, including architecture, design, engineering, and integration of modular, scalable technology platforms and user experience.

  • Innovation & Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing technical team, driving innovation across AI, cloud-native platforms, automation, and data-driven service delivery models.
  • Executive & Customer Engagement: Leverage domain expertise to engage senior customers in strategic discussions and evangelize the technology-led differentiation in our portfolio to increase confidence in our sales, channel partners, and customers in our offering.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Management, Sales, Delivery, and Alliance teams to ensure successful enablement of the technology platforms as part of go-to-market strategies and seamless customer experiences across SSG’s offerings.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education & Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in cloud computing, AI, hybrid cloud architecture, software engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Software development and delivery: Track record of shipping highly usable, enterprise-quality software on time, on budget, and on-scope.
  • Leadership Experience: 10+ years of experience leading large-scale, global technology initiatives in a service-centric delivery environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cloud Architecture, or a related technology field.
  • Hands-on experience with public cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), containerization, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
