The Vice President of Revenue Cycle will collaborate with senior client leadership to provide strategic direction and oversee ambulatory and acute revenue cycle operations. Reporting to Huron’s SVP of RC Operations, this role involves leading a team of 38 Huron leaders and approximately 350 staff across various functions, including registration, billing, coding, collections, and system management.

Key responsibilities include developing strategic plans, leading performance improvement initiatives, managing technology and process enhancements, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. The role demands a deep understanding of revenue cycle metrics, risk management, and compliance, along with leadership in process redesign and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have 15-20+ years of revenue cycle experience, with progressive leadership roles managing hospital operations and financial processes within large health systems. Experience in contract management, vendor relationships, and healthcare provider-based design is highly desirable.

The estimated salary range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000, commensurate with experience and skills. This role is eligible for participation in Huron’s incentive program and benefits, including health coverage and wellness initiatives.
