  • Analytics, Insights & Storytelling
    • Translate complex spend, utilization, and performance analytics into clear, compelling executive‑level narratives that influence decision‑making, enabling teams to use data to diagnose issues, quantify opportunities, and demonstrate realized value across clinical, purchased services, and indirect spend, and consistently raising the executive relevance of client‑facing insights and presentations.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    • Partner closely with Enterprise Account Management, the SMBU Performance Partners, category experts, and business leaders, acting as a voice of the client by synthesizing feedback into actionable insights for product, service, and program development, and supporting onboarding of new clients to ensure early value realization and long‑term engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS
