Job summary

Rocky Mountain Communities is seeking a Vice President of Real Estate to lead our real estate development and asset management teams across Colorado. This senior role will oversee the full lifecycle from site acquisition through stabilization and long-term portfolio sustainability, driving strategic partnerships and capital strategies to maximize impact and returns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, planning, public administration or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead real estate development and asset management teams.
• Oversee development lifecycle from site acquisition to stabilization.
• Manage capital stacks and financing strategies including LIHTC, tax-exempt bonds and grants.
• Provide regular reporting to the Board and senior leadership.
