We are seeking a VP, Real Estate Development to join BGRE in Dallas, TX/Remote. In this position, you will play a key role in helping to expand our business in one of the most dynamic multifamily markets in the U.S. — and BGRE is investing to grow with it. This is a unique opportunity to build a Texas platform from a position of real influence, backed by the scale and resources of a global real estate leader. Our Development team identifies, underwrites, and executes new multifamily and mixed‑use development opportunities across BGRE’s target markets. The team oversees all aspects of the development process, from building the relationships and deal pipeline that fuel the company's long‑term growth, to overseeing the acquisition, design and construction functions to bring projects from initial concept through delivery.
