Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Vice President of Valuation Advisory Services in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will independently prepare market value appraisals and write detailed reports with review by a Managing Director who holds an MAI credential.

The role focuses on senior housing valuations, leads project teams, and ensures compliance with USPAP while developing client relationships and maintaining data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• MAI certification preferred; GA/State certification/license required.

Responsibilities

• Identify value to be estimated by studying appraisal request, problem to be solved, and scope of the project.
• Calculate valuation methods (cost, direct sales comparison, income capitalization) and analyze property characteristics.
• Prepare appraisal reports describing physical and economic characteristics and procedures used.
• Conform to USPAP and maintain confidentiality.
• Lead project teams and coordinate tasks among staff.
