Job summary

Lucky Lincoln Gaming, LLC in Chicago is seeking a senior real estate executive to lead expansion, acquisitions, and development strategy for our growing portfolio across retail, QSR, and hospitality.

You will work directly with the executive team to underwrite deals, build financial models, and structure investments such as SPVs and joint ventures while expanding into new states and markets. This is a high‑impact role with direct exposure to principals and meaningful compensation tied to impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in real estate development, acquisitions, asset management, or franchise expansion.
• Experience in retail, QSR, hospitality, or mixed‑use real estate.
• Strong deal negotiation and capital raising experience.
• Ability to underwrite and prioritize acquisitions based on strategic business goals.
• Visionary mindset—you aim to think big.

Responsibilities

• Decide which properties to hold, sell, or reposition for maximum value.

Compensation

$175,000-200,000 Base + Variable Compensation Package.
