  • Build deep provider, clinician, practice, payer, and buyer workflow intimacy through direct market engagement; translate complex healthcare workflows into product requirements, prioritization choices, and adoption strategies that reduce friction at scale
  • Own strategic relationships with EHR, integration, platform, and ecosystem partners to expand connectivity across provider systems and care settings without creating dependence on a single vendor or technology path
  • Own product and business KPIs, including provider adoption, satisfaction, workflow efficiency, data quality, growth/adoption economics, and enabled downstream outcomes; maintain a clear line of sight from product decisions to measurable enterprise value
  • Identify and scale opportunities to apply AI, analytics, automation, and proprietary data assets to reduce provider friction and create differentiated enterprise value
  • Translate product value into adoption, retention, growth, and operating outcomes in partnership with go-to-market, client, and business leaders

  • Ensure data privacy, security, regulatory, interoperability, clinical safety, and responsible AI/governance requirements are designed into the product strategy and operating model from the start
  • Serve as the senior connective leader across Product, clinical, quality, digital, IT, commercial, operations, and enterprise stakeholders to keep provider solutions interoperable, EHR-neutral, commercially relevant, operationally scalable, and coherent end-to-end
  • Attract, develop, and lead high-performing product talent, creating clarity, accountability, and bench strength for a complex enterprise product agenda
