A leading company in Capital Markets is seeking a Project Manager to support their Business Transformation Program. The role involves designing and implementing project plans aligned with corporate strategy, requiring strong leadership and relationship management skills. The Business Transformation Group (BTG) supports Capital Markets by partnering closely with the Front Office and Functional teams to enable change through business-driven transformation. RBC's Capital Markets includes Equities, Fixed Income, Central Funding, Treasury, and Corporate & Investment Banking segments. This role primarily supports US Capital Markets initiatives, with support for global initiatives when applicable, and is based within the Office of the COO.
The candidate will contribute to the Business Transformation Program Portfolio as a Project Manager, designing, implementing, and maintaining front-to-back project plans aligned with future-state corporate strategy, including regulatory and business innovation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience, preferably in financial services.
Please note: This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in the office per week.

The salary range is $125,000 - $165,000 USD, with potential for additional discretionary bonuses based on performance.
