As a Product Manager in Payments Technology Stability and Resiliency, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product lifecycle. As a core leader, you act as the voice of the customer and develop profitable products that provide customer value. You guide product launches, gather feedback, and enhance client experiences. With a focus on scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed expectations. You will contribute to the product roadmap, architecture, and design for capabilities used across the enterprise, starting with the Agentic AI Command Center.

With your knowledge of architecture, design, product delivery, testing, and support, you will elevate standards and improve both business and functional requirements. Your role involves leading the development and management of product strategies, backlogs, success metrics, and testing requirements. You will identify opportunities for automation and stability improvements, lead collaboration sessions on architecture and testing, and promote the adoption of new technologies within the organization.

**Job responsibilities include:**

  1. Developing product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.
  2. Conducting discovery efforts and market research to inform the product roadmap.
  3. Managing and maintaining the product backlog aligned with strategic goals.
  4. Tracking key success metrics such as cost, features, risk, and reliability.
  5. Designing and troubleshooting software solutions, thinking beyond routine approaches.
  6. Developing high-quality testing requirements and delivery plans.
  7. Automating remediation of recurring issues to enhance operational stability.
  8. Leading collaboration with internal teams and vendors on architecture and testing.
  9. Driving awareness and use of new technologies within the organization.
  10. Contributing to the technology community and leading advancement workstreams.
  11. Fostering a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.

**Required qualifications:**

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or relevant domain expertise.
  • Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead all phases of product lifecycle from discovery to support.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with hands-on experience in large enterprise applications.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Preferred qualifications:**

  • Experience in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Knowledge of the payments industry or related fields.
  • Advanced skills in product ownership, roadmapping, and business case development.
  • Technical experience with APIs, software coding, and AI.
  • Experience working with large clients, such as Fortune 500 or fintech companies.

JPMorgan Chase offers a competitive salary, benefits, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. The salary range for Jersey City, NJ is $122,550 to $201,000 per year.
