As a leader in the Product Management Team, you will engage with leaders across the organization, gather input from a variety of sources, both internal and external, and weigh them against business objectives to ensure our product roadmap is strategically positioned, exceeds revenue goals and achieves strong customer satisfaction and retention levels. Your passion, creativity and mastery in rallying support for the ideas that will drive all phases of product execution and customer engagement will enable and differentiate your success!

  • Candid, Supportive Culture. We communicate openly, challenge ideas—not people—and value teammates who embrace bold thinking and continuous improvement.
  • Growth That Matters. You can count on authentic feedback, strong accountability, and leaders invested in your success so you can achieve real growth.
  • Rewards for Results. We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognize measurable outcomes and real impact.
What you’ll do
  • Continue to advance the vision and strategy for our NAVEX One Platform, data and analytics, and AI capabilities
  • Define the prioritized annual product roadmap with clear objectives and long-term vision in collaboration with other key leaders
  • Balance high level objectives, rolling up your sleeves to work the trenches and execute on the vision; must be comfortable moving from vision to strategy to tactical implementation
  • Identify and validate key platform, analytics and AI capabilities (buy, build partner) that will best allow us to execute on the overall product vision and strategy, delight our customers and provide a favorable return on investment
  • Implement the tools and processes necessary to aggressively drive our products forward
  • Discuss and present our product vision and strategy to the company, our customers and other members of our ecosystem
  • Be accountable for ensuring company-wide readiness to market, sell, deliver and support products within our fully integrated platform that help NAVEX grow revenue and build on our stellar brand and market reputation
  • Lead, build, coach and inspire diverse staff with the goal of ongoing individual improvement and retention, establishing a culture that encourages and motivates members to achieve their maximum potential
  • Engage with client facing teams, as well as strategic customers to discover and validate future plans around the platform, analytics and AI solutions
What you’ll bring
  • 15+ years of progressive product leadership and management experience delivering enterprise level SaaS portfolios to global customers
  • Extensive experience inspiring, managing, leading and developing outstanding people
  • Extensive experience in developing/delivering and managing a platform technology stack, developing data and analytics solutions and leveraging AI to solve customer problems
  • Extensive experience in identifying and assessing a broad range of platform capabilities, facilitating good business decisions surrounding choice of which options to pursue (e.g., build, buy, partner)
  • Extensive experience in successfully working with/bridging relationships with development and other product groups
  • Exceptional skills in thinking and executing strategically, tactically and pragmatically to deliver value to our customers and the business both near and longer term
  • Track record of exceeding expectations leading the product management process, including visioning, customer/competitor research, strategic planning, business modeling and product definition
  • Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to foster relationships across multiple departments and a variety of levels
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities, identify risks and implement mitigation plans to deliver targeted business outcomes
  • The ability to lead presentations and reach agreements across teams
  • High tolerance for ambiguity, an openness to change and a willingness to take informed risks
  • Culture Agility. Comfort working in a fast-paced, candid environment that values innovation, healthy debate, and follow-through.
  • AI Readiness. Curiosity and willingness to use AI and emerging technologies to elevate your work and deliver smarter outcomes.
  • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of strategic execution, talent development, influence, strategic alignment, effective communication and product management and development strategy while leveraging NAVEX’s core values
Our side of the deal
  • We’ll be clear, we’ll move fast, and we’ll invest in your success. You deserve to be supported, challenged, and rewarded for the impact you make—and we commit to doing that every step of the way.
