You will drive growth for CPEP, collaborate with the Head of CPEP and senior professionals, and provide strategic fund-level oversight.

• 6–10 years of experience in private equity, investment banking or related alternative investment fields.
• Demonstrated experience executing complex private equity transactions and leading cross-functional deal teams.
• Familiarity with evergreen vehicles or long-duration capital strategies is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the origination and execution of buyout transactions across sectors.
• Support the growth and development of CPEP, collaborating closely with the Head of CPEP and senior Private Equity professionals.
• Provide strategic fund‑level oversight and participate actively in investment execution.
• Manage portfolio construction and performance tracking for the evergreen vehicle.
• Mentor and develop junior talent, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Communicate investment theses and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
