In the Power, Energy & Infrastructure group, our Vice Presidents’ work spans the following verticals: Power & Utilities, Alternative Energy, and Infrastructure (transportation, energy-related, or other). Clients include global corporations, financial sponsors, governments and other key stakeholders.

We’ll Trust You To

• Perform financial analyses and create models
• Prepare and create client presentations and marketing materials
• Interact with client senior executives
• Manage deal processes
• Provide guidance to and supervise Associates and Analysts

You’ll Need To Have

• At least 3 years of investment banking or industry experience in the Power, Energy & Infrastructure sector
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a team player approach with a strong motivation to contribute to a positive team culture
• Top performance with comfort operating in an unstructured environment which values initiative, creativity, maturity, and poise
• Ability to support, manage, and empower junior bankers
• Strong client and presentation skills
• Strong quantitative background and analytical skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously

We expect the base salary range for this role to be approximately $250,000 – $275,000 USD. Various factors contribute to determining the actual base compensation offered, including but not limited to the applicant’s years of relevant experience, career tenure, qualifications, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and relevant skills for the role. Base salary is one component of Lazard Financial Advisory’s compensation package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and may include incentive compensation.
