The client is seeking a Vice President for its portfolio operations team. In this role, you will partner closely with investment professionals and portfolio company management teams to drive value creation, with an emphasis on go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, and EBITDA improvement.

The ideal candidate is a current or former strategy consultant with a strong track record and hands‑on operating experience in software businesses. Particularly relevant experience includes working with or operating in growth‑stage software companies with approximately $5M–$100M ARR, where you helped build, scale, or optimize commercial functions.

Experience supporting private equity due diligence and/or post-close value creation initiatives is also highly relevant. You are expected to bring a blend of analytical and operational capabilities to help commercial organizations improve performance and execute growth initiatives across portfolio companies.
