What's the Job?

Support stress testing and CCAR-related analysis for counterparty credit risk (CCR) exposures across derivatives and SFT portfolios, including scenario design support and exposure behavior interpretation. Analyze and interpret exposure model outputs such as PFE, EPE, and EAD (including stressed exposures), highlighting key movements, concentration risks, and drivers of change. Contribute to CCR-related CCAR deliverables by supporting exposure projections, documentation, and clear narrative write-ups for senior management and risk committees. Assist with monitoring CCR risk appetite metrics and early-warning indicators, including threshold breach support and emerging counterparty-level risk identification. Partner cross-functionally with Enterprise Stress Testing, Finance, Market Risk, Quant/Model Development, and front office stakeholders to ensure consistent and complete representation of CCR stress exposures.

What's Needed?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field;
  • Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., "CFA, FRM") are a plus;
  • 7–10+ years of relevant experience in Counterparty Credit Risk or Stress Testing, with strong familiarity in derivatives and SFT exposure analytics;
  • Direct experience executing stress testing frameworks (e.g., CCAR), including scenario design, exposure projection, and result interpretation;
  • Strong technical foundation in collateral and netting structures, model-driven exposure outputs, and proficiency with Excel;
  • Comfort with analytical tools (e.g., "Python and visualization platforms") is preferred;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate complex risk analytics into clear narratives for senior management and nontechnical stakeholders, with a governance-first mindset.
What's in it for me?

Opportunity to strengthen stress testing and CCAR processes through improved data accuracy, reporting automation, and visualization capabilities. Chance to deepen expertise in CCR exposure analytics, including stressed wrong-way risk indicators and concentration analysis across sectors, collateral types, and counterparties. Platform to contribute to high-quality documentation, review routines, and governance standards aligned with regulatory expectations. Collaborative environment working closely with Enterprise Stress Testing, Finance, Market Risk, Quant/Model Development, and front office partners.
