Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Credit Review Analyst in New York to join the Portfolio Analysis function. You will support CCR stress testing, CCAR-related analysis, and narrative write-ups for senior management while partnering with various teams to ensure accurate exposure representations.

The role emphasizes governance, documentation, and strong communication for risk oversight in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree or CFA/FRM is a plus.
• 7–10+ years of CCR or stress testing experience.
• Experience in CCAR and scenario design.
• Strong Excel and model-driven outputs.
• Proficient with Python and data visualization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support CCR stress testing and CCAR deliverables.
• Analyze PFE, EPE, and EAD outputs including stressed exposures.
• Prepare senior management narratives and governance documentation.
• Monitor CCR risk appetite metrics and early-warning indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure complete CCR exposure representation.
