Job summary

DHA Housing Solutions for North Texas seeks an executive leader to direct research, policy development, and strategic planning focused on affordable housing, segregation, community investment, economic opportunity, transportation access, healthcare access, and issues affecting Dallas and North Texas residents.

This role works closely with the President and CEO to evaluate trends, conduct research, analyze data, develop evidence-based policy recommendations, prepare reports and presentations, and

Qualifications

• Master's degree and professional experience in housing, urban planning, public policy, transportation, economic development, research, government affairs, or related fields, including leadership experience.
• Strong communication, writing, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning skills are required.
• Experience with public agencies, elected officials, community organizations, and regional stakeholders is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
