Ladders is seeking a Vice President, People Strategy and Enablement to shape the global People strategy and operating model, with a focus on scalable systems, service delivery and employee experience.

Based in Sunnyvale, CA, the role partners with executive leadership across IT and Legal to modernize processes, enable strategic growth, and deploy AI-enabled solutions while building governance around people analytics to drive data‑driven decisions. Compensation is $210,000–$250,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in HR/HR operations or people analytics with 5+ years in global leadership.
• Proven ability to lead and scale global teams.
• Experience transforming processes, technology, and service delivery.
• Ownership of an enterprise HR technology portfolio.
• Hands-on AI/ML experience in HR with governance awareness.
• Strong people analytics, translating data into executive decisions.
• Experience across multiple regions (EMEA/APAC) with knowledge of global employment laws.

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, People Strategy and Enablement to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.
This leader will shape the global People strategy and operating model, with a strong focus on scalable systems, service delivery, and employee experience.
The role will partner closely with executive leadership and key stakeholders across IT, Legal, and other functions to modernize processes and enable strategic growth.
A major emphasis will be placed on using people analytics and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, strengthen governance, and support data-driven decisions.
Location: Sunnyvale, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Compensation: $210,000 – $250,000 annually.

Responsibilities
