  • Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs to measure operational effectiveness and drive accountability, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and customer experience teams to ensure alignment across functions.
  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee procurement, production, inventory management, and distribution for product availability and quality.
  • Budget Management: Manage the operations budget, including forecasting and resource allocation.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet high quality standards, implementing QA processes to maintain compliance.
  • Talent Development: Mentor and develop leadership talent within the organization, promoting growth and continuous improvement.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
