Job summary

Walrath Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead all aspects of company operations on a full-time, permanent basis. The role covers production, fabrication, installation, logistics, sales, marketing and customer service across multiple locations.

You will develop budgets and manage P&L, driving growth and profitability. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in operations with executive leadership experience, strong financial acumen, and proven ability to lead diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination with 15+ years relevant experience.
• 10+ years of manufacturing, fabrication, production, or operations management experience.
• Executive leadership experience over multiple departments and/or locations.
• Proven P&L, budgeting, and financial management experience.
• Experience managing production, installation, or field operations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business/financial reporting tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
