A leading health organization is seeking an Executive to oversee health plan operations and drive business development initiatives. This remote position requires expertise in operations management within the healthcare sector, demanding strong strategic, financial, and regulatory knowledge to enhance efficiency and compliance while meeting organizational objectives. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to corporate policies and strategic goals.

Position Location: Remote TN/AL - required to reside in TN or AL
Position Purpose: Oversee all health plan operations, procurement opportunities, new product implementations and complex initiatives for business development utilizing cross-functional business units and corporate teams to meet business unit and corporate strategic objectives
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy or a related field. 10+ years of operations, management, or administration in the Healthcare or Insurance industry Experience in business development and/or RFP experience. Extensive knowledge of state legislative and regulatory processes. Master’s degree preferred.
Pay Range: $210,800.00 - $400,500.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law , including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
