Vice President of Operations - $185,000 to $210,000 plus 25-30% bonus

Our client is a York County-based growing privately held manufacturer. The Vice President of Operations position is open based on the promotion of the incumbent. This role will have four direct reports and will direct manufacturing operations across the company with oversight of five manufacturing facilities. This position will report directly to the company's President.

Our client seeks an experienced Operations leader with a minimum of 15 years of experience within the manufacturing industry. Ideally, our client would prefer a candidate coming out of a mid-sized manufacturing organization (ideally $100-300 million in annual revenues). The hired Vice President of Operations should have a strong breadth and depth of experience including

LEAN experience, extensive project management experience and ISO experience.
