Vice President of Transitions
C2P is looking for a Vice President of Transitions to build processes, project manage, oversee, and perform required functions to successfully onboard and transition financial service offices to our organization. We want a high-energy, inspirational leader who can lead a team that delivers a world-class transition experience.
Job Responsibility:

- Champion the transition program internally and externally developing a network of professional resources positioning C2P as a destination organization and becoming an advisor transitions SME in the financial services industry.
- Maintain global perspective on integration of transitioning office into our organization.
- Develop and educate team on processes to simplify and streamline transitions.
- Understand needs of business and transitioning advisor, documenting and managing them being met.
- Project manage full transition plan, documenting all requirements and ensuring all are met.
- The VP will work closely with the Business Development sales managers to prioritize, design, and deliver the best transition experience possible.
- The VP will be responsible for the ideation and execution of projects and initiatives to help evolve the overall transition and acclimation program.
- Research, document, and coordinate needs within each division
- Communicate with onboarding offices, keeping stakeholders up-to-date consistently and routinely.
- Communicate with internal team, keeping stakeholders up-to-date consistently and routinely.
- Problem-solve using resources within and outside of our organization to meet needs and challenges of transition.
- Leverage our partners at Fusion Orion, Schwab, Fidelity, and the like to innovate the process and bring best practices for evolution.
- Create and utilize a project management tracker for all opportunities in the pre- and post-transition phases.
- Coordinate process with recruiting and maintenance client experience processes
- Assist recruiting team with proposals and analysis for advisors to join our organization.
- Be accountable for the asset ramp and economics associated with the transition, client experience, and technology adoption.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize results.
RIA-specific
- Execute advisor transition program to seamlessly process 90 percent of business to PCA within 90 days.
- Use internal and external resource partners to develop an all-encompassing training program to efficiently teach how to do business, manage business, and maximize the evolution of technology.
- Ensure product mapping, repapering, technology, system training and adoption, and compliant office set-up occurs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in financial services, preferable in client service, business transitions, relationship management, or sales
- Proven experience managing complex projects and resources.
- Proven experience managing complex projects and resources and proven ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time.
- Strong collaboration: Ability to tie together and organize needs of several divisions within the organization.
