What You’ll Own:

• Platform architecture, DevOps, and backend infrastructure
• eCommerce plugin development and third-party integrations
• Compliance systems (HIPAA, PCI, IRS rules engine)
• Internal and external engineering team leadership
• Agile sprint planning and roadmap execution

What You Bring:

• 7+ years full-stack experience (Node/React/Python or similar)
• Strong API design skills and cloud infrastructure expertise (AWS/GCP)
• Experience building and launching SaaS or health/fintech products
• Understanding of secure data handling and compliance frameworks
• Comfort with startup velocity and cross-functional collaboration

Bonus:

• Familiarity with HSA/FSA systems or reimbursement workflows
• Experience building embedded apps or custom storefront tools
