This is a high-impact opportunity to own the tax function, shape tax strategy, lead complex domestic and international matters, and advise senior leadership on M&A, financing, growth initiatives, and business transactions. Seeking a CPA with 15+ years of progressive tax experience, strong ASC 740 expertise, and deep knowledge of international tax, cross-border structures, compliance, and complex corporate environments. This role is 4 days/week in the office. Compensation includes a base up to $250K plus bonus.
