Position Summary

The Vice President of Supply Chain is responsible for leading and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain, including strategic sourcing, supplier management, inventory planning, production planning, logistics, and supply chain performance. This role will develop and execute supply chain strategies that support growth, operational excellence, quality compliance, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a fast-paced medical device environment.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute the company's supply chain strategy to support business objectives and growth plans.
• Lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, and supplier performance management.
• Drive inventory planning and optimization efforts to maintain service levels while controlling costs.
• Partner with manufacturing and operations teams to align production capacity with forecasted demand.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Lead Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes and demand planning initiatives.
• Identify and implement cost reduction and process improvement opportunities across the supply chain.
• Evaluate and leverage technology and systems to increase visibility, efficiency, and decision-making capability.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
• Establish KPIs and reporting processes to monitor supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing supply chain organization.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain or operations experience within the medical device industry.
• Demonstrated success leading supply chain organizations in a growth-oriented environment.
• Strong experience with SIOP, demand planning, supplier capacity planning, and inventory management.
• Proven ability to drive operational improvements, cost savings, and performance enhancements.
• Experience with ERP and planning systems; NetSuite and NetStock experience preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.
• MBA, APICS, CSCMP, or similar certifications are a plus.
