What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy aligned with the employer's growth objectives
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning
- Own and optimize the sales pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets to ensure sustained growth
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Client Success to enhance demand generation and client retention
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or payments
- Proven track record of scaling and leading high-performing sales teams and driving significant revenue growth
- Strong knowledge of enterprise sales cycles, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
