Overview

BluePrint Engines & Origin Engines

BluePrint Engines (performance crate engines) and Origin Engines (industrial/utility OEM engines) are seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen our brands across the aftermarket and OEM sectors. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving sales strategy, brand positioning, OEM relationships, and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead sales and marketing strategy for both BluePrint (aftermarket/performance) and Origin (OEM/industrial).
  • Build and grow OEM partnerships, including managing long sales cycles, contracts, and program launches.
  • Strengthen dealer, distributor, and key account relationships in the performance aftermarket. Continue DTC growth in Performance aftermarket.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, trade shows, sponsorships, and digital initiatives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product development, and operations to align sales with customer needs.
  • Set sales goals, manage performance metrics, and drive profitable growth.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of sales & marketing leadership.
  • Proven success in building OEM relationships and managing aftermarket Distribution and DTC.
  • Strong understanding of OEM sales cycles and technical requirements.
  • Experience with both traditional and digital marketing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
