What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and develop a high-performing Client Success team to deliver exceptional service and value
- Act as an executive sponsor on strategic accounts, supporting client satisfaction and contract renewals
- Own the retention of over $50 million in annual recurring revenue through strategic planning and risk mitigation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Finance to optimize the customer journey
- Build dashboards and operational workflows to drive predictable and scalable client outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-5 years in client-facing roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
- Proven track record in a VP or senior-level role managing significant revenue portfolios
- Strong working knowledge of CRM and Client Success platforms such as HubSpot, Gainsight, or Salesforce
- Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation and problem resolution with senior client stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred

- Experience building and scaling Client Success frameworks, including onboarding playbooks and QBRs
- Strong background in managing large-scale client relationships and revenue retention
- Highly analytical with experience in using data to drive business decisions
