  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with machine sales, rental, marketing, IT, corporate services, and talent development to align product support with broader business objectives.
  • Talent Development:Recruit, coach, and develop leaders throughout the parts and service organizations, building accountability, engagement, and opportunities for career advancement.

  • Strong analytical capabilities, including experience using data and performance metrics to guide business decisions.
  • Experience supporting customers across multiple industries and business sizes, with a focus on improving productivity, equipment performance, and operating costs.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence, develop, and align teams across a multi-location organization.
  • A people-first leadership approach that builds trust, promotes accountability, and earns employee commitment.
