Job Title: Vice President of Product / Strategy

Location: Remote

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer / Chief Operating Officer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Product / Strategy to lead the vision, development, and execution of our product roadmap and go-to-market strategy. This executive will play a pivotal role in advancing our solutions for health plans and providers, with a deep focus on value-based care, Risk Adjustment, and Quality/HEDIS performance.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, particularly how products can drive clinical and financial outcomes across MA, ACA, and Medicaid populations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for solutions aligned to Risk Adjustment, Quality/HEDIS, and value-based care.
  • Translate regulatory changes and market trends into product innovation opportunities.
  • Partner closely with clients, engineering, data science, and operations to build scalable, high-impact products.

Strategic Planning

  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans that align with company priorities, market demands, and emerging trends in value-based care.
  • Identify new markets, partnerships, and capabilities that expand our impact with health plans and providers.
  • Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert in client meetings, conferences, and industry forums.
  • Develop deep relationships with key clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and drive product adoption.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with executive leadership, operations, analytics, sales, and client delivery to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Support M&A diligence and integration strategies when aligned with the product roadmap.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or consulting in healthcare.
  • Strong background in Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or Commercial ACA with hands-on experience in Risk Adjustment and Quality/HEDIS programs.
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional product or strategy teams in a high-growth environment.
  • Deep understanding of value-based care, provider enablement, and health plan priorities.
  • Experience working with clinical workflows, data/analytics products, or health IT platforms preferred.
  • Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MPH, or advanced degree preferred.
