Position Responsibilities
  • Serve as second-in-command to the VP of Operations, overseeing all operational departments.
  • Lead and optimize physician recruiting, credentialing, onboarding, and scheduling workflows.
  • Manage and improve client implementation processes, ensuring successful and timely onboarding of hospital partners.
  • Own day-to-day operational excellence across steady-state delivery and physician performance tracking.
  • Build cross-functional processes that drive internal efficiency and scalable growth.
  • Maintain close alignment with clinical, sales, and customer success leaders.
  • Provide operational visibility and updates to the executive leadership team and PE stakeholders.
Experience & Skills

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • 7–15+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
  • Private equity-backed company or consulting firm experience, with an execution-oriented mindset.
  • Proven success running day-to-day operations, not just setting high-level strategy.
  • Deep exposure to clinical operations, ideally in telehealth, hospital systems, or physician staffing.
  • Familiarity with physician recruitment, credentialing, onboarding, and scheduling processes.
  • Scrappy, high-energy, and eager to roll up sleeves.
  • Execution-driven, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Strong cross-functional communicator and leader.
  • Thrives in fast-growth environments and ambiguity.
  • Comfortable working closely with PE sponsors and investors.
