Your primary mission is to diagnose, redesign, and scale a modern, AI-augmented, multi-channel demand generation strategy that delivers a predictable and high-quality pipeline. Youll leverage emerging AI tools and data infrastructure to accelerate insights, automate workflows, and personalize outreach at scale.
You will be a key member of the leadership team, taking full ownership of the marketing function and the BDR team. As Vice President of Marketing, you will inherit a newly launched rebrand and be responsible for scaling awareness, category creation, and revenue impact, setting the pace for our industry.
The VP of Marketing reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
Own and Evolve the Brand: Take ownership of our new brand, expanding category presence, awareness, and consistent execution across digital channels, campaigns, and sales assets.
Re-architect the Demand Engine: Build and scale a modern, AI-augmented demand generation strategy that drives consistent top-of-funnel engagement and qualified pipeline. Use predictive analytics and machine learning to identify signals, optimize performance, and deliver a more precise, personalized buyer journey.
Define the Content & Voice: Lead content strategy and editorial voice, ensuring thought leadership, campaigns, and sales assets are consistent, differentiated, and category-defining.
Drive Performance Marketing: Execute an integrated AI-optimized plan across digital advertising, SEO, and category creation, with every activity tied to measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Lead and Optimize the BDR Team: Redesign and scale the BDR function for efficiency, impact, and data-backed performance.
Operationalize AI Across Marketing: Champion the adoption of AI across the entire marketing stackfrom campaign orchestration to content creation to analytics. Identify high-impact opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance creativity, and unlock new levers for growth.
Build and Grow the Team: Mentor and scale a high-performing team that embraces experimentation, leverages AI responsibly, and is driven by data, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Data-Obsessed Storytelling: You connect the dots between market signals, customer needs, and company strategy to craft clear, compelling narratives.
Performance-First Mindset: Metrics like pipeline health, conversion rates, and ROI guide your decisions.
Brand & Content Leadership: You know how to own a company voice and scale a consistent, differentiated brand.
Hands-On Builder: Equally comfortable with high-level strategy and rolling up your sleeves on campaigns, workflows, or content.
AI Fluency: Experienced in applying AI for personalization, content creation, campaign optimization, and analytics.
Collaborative Leadership & Shared Integrity: You are skilled at building partnerships across Sales, Product, and Customer Success, leading with intellectual humility to foster candid collaboration and shared ownership of outcomes.

Compensation: $170,000 - 190,000 per year (total compensation inclusive of base & variable) based on experience. This is a Full-Time, Exempt position.
