The Vice President of Land Acquisition for M/I Homes is responsible for managing, overseeing and ultimately implementing the Division's land acquisition strategy. The Vice President of Land Acquisition is charged with negotiating, managing and coordinating the acquisition of real estate for the purposes of developing residential communities and subdivisions and managing the land acquisition team. The Vice President of Land Acquisition will report to the Vice President of Land and Area President.
Preferred Education and Professional Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or civil engineering. 7-10 years' experience in real estate acquisitions (residential a plus). 3-5 years' experience managing growth-oriented teams. Ability to drive the market requires a valid driver's license and good driving record.
