After years of steady growth, we’re now on a mission to scale Tiello to $10M+ in revenue by 2026, with plans to expand into contract staffing and retained search services. This is the foundation for our next step: a 5x revenue growth by 2030. We’re seeking a high-impact leader to steer the ship and drive the next chapter.

If you’ve successfully scaled a recruiting or staffing business, built Business Units (PODs) teams, and know how to operationalize growth through systems, people, and performance, we want to talk.

The Opportunity

As VP of Growth, you will drive Tiello’s national expansion by aligning leadership around a shared growth vision, optimizing team structures, and building scalable business lines. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Designing and refining POD structures by vertical (GCs, Steel, Manufacturing, Roofing, Flooring, Ship Repair) to drive efficiency, accountability, and fulfillment speed
  • Building a low-risk contract staffing division from pilot to scale, including pricing, compliance, margin tracking, and vendor partnerships (e.g., PEOs)
  • Developing and launching innovative service models, such as embedded recruiting and a recruiter brokerage platform
  • Creating companywide accountability through KPI dashboards, revenue scoreboards, and role-specific performance metrics
  • Coaching and upskilling recruiters and POD leaders through training programs, sales enablement, and go-to-market clarity
  • Building internal leadership pipelines via succession planning, mentorship, and a structured promotion framework
  • Overseeing marketing, outbound campaigns, and ABM strategies to increase inbound leads and expand wallet share with existing clients
  • Evaluating and optimizing the tech stack (ATS/CRM) for automation, data capture, and reporting integrity

  • 10+ years of experience in staffing, search, or workforce solutions, scaling teams to $30M+ in revenue.
  • Strong history of growing POD models, sales teams, or new divisions
  • Experience launching contract or embedded recruiting services a plus
  • Obsessed with metrics, repeatability, and scalable infrastructure
  • Track record of coaching, hiring, and developing top recruiters
  • Confident working closely with founders, owning growth, and driving culture
