Grand Casino Mille Lacs is seeking a strategic VP of Finance to oversee financial management and analysis across the organization. You will work closely with the GM and senior leaders to drive profitability, capital planning, and enterprise-wide financial controls.

The role requires guiding budgeting, forecasting, and GAAP-compliant reporting, while mentoring Finance Associates and aligning financial strategy with Mille Lacs Band goals. A strong emphasis on collaboration and ethics is essential.

• Bachelor’s degree required in economics, finance, accounting or related field.
• Eight+ years of related experience with five years of progressive leadership in finance.
• Experience reporting to a GM, CEO or business-unit head.

You will work closely with the General Manager (GM) and other leaders to support business objectives and drive financial performance. You will collaborate with the strategic and operations teams to identify opportunities for improving our financial strategies.
