Preston Recruitment is representing a leading US general contractor seeking a Vice President of Construction for a data center opportunity connected to a $5 billion development programme.

This appointment needs someone who can see the whole picture: commercial exposure, delivery milestones, team capability and client expectations and make confident decisions when those priorities compete.

Your Remit:

You’ll provide executive leadership to senior project teams, setting clear expectations and ensuring they have the people, resources and direction to deliver.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Holding project leadership accountable for safety, quality, schedule and profitability.
• Challenging financial forecasts, identifying risk early and driving recovery plans.
